New Uprights
Heavily sculpted from 7075 billet in order to gain high levels of 3 dimensional strength, the new front uprights are strong, rigid and very light weighing in at just under 700 gm lighter than the OE uprights. They are finished in hard anodizing as usual.
They incorporate several enhanced geometrics as well as brake caliper options and a through the upright ducted cooling system, which feeds ram air into the base of the brake disc, this kit will be available shortly.
With a lowered ride height of 33mm the uprights are designed to work with serious track cars but are also perfect for road use, especially when considering most cars run a lowered ride height to some degree.
Features include
-33mm ride height correction while keeping the same lower wishbone angle.
Designed to work with the VRSAS steering arms to give a higher roll in camber rate which in turn allows for a lower static camber improving braking and handling.
Static camber can be increased if desired to over -3 degrees which suits U.S motorsports where smaller wheels are common.
Brake mounts suit both the OE and also the larger 4 pot calipers.
They can work with an all OE brake disc and caliper setup or accept larger discs.
